 Whether you're newly separated, deep in the divorce process, or rebuilding your life post-divorce, I offer coaching tailored to your emotional, mental, and behavioural needs.

 


Alcohol

For many, alcohol becomes a coping mechanism, but numbing the pain only delays healing.  Dependency often shows up as a temporary refuge — a way to quiet the noise, dull the pain, or fill the silence. But over time, it can become a trap.

About me

Hi, I’m Jennifer — and I help people find their way back to themselves

My journey into coaching wasn’t born from desire to build a career path or make millions — it's foundations are from lived experience and the desire to help others through what is possibly the biggest upheaval of their life. 


I’ve had my fair share of heartbreak and relationship breakdowns. I’ve experienced the quiet ache of loneliness, and wrestled with the constant temptation to drink the pain away. A toxic marriage that ended in divorce in 2024 forced me show up for myself, stop self-sacrificing and take charge of my own destiny. I came out the other side with a deep understanding of what it takes to build a new life, free from people or dependencies that seek to control and instead find peace in who I am and what I have become. 


Wanting to help others do the same, I became an accredited coach, specialising in supporting individuals navigating the emotional storm of separation and divorce. In addition I support those who may have found themselves leaning on alcohol to cope and seek to help them find healthier ways to heal and subsequently thrive. 


I don’t believe in judgement. I believe in truth, empowerment, and the freedom to rewrite your own story. Coaching is a safe space to be raw, real, and ready for change. I combine compassionate listening with practical tools to help you:

  • Understand your emotional patterns
  • Reframe your relationship with alcohol
  • Reconnect with your values and inner strength
  • Set boundaries that protect your peace
  • Create a life that feels authentic and empowering

Jen has a very calm persona and always listens very intently to what I am saying, plus she asks her questions very clearly (and softly). This all gives me confidence, that the direction of each coaching session is positive and forward looking. The feedback from Jen is always based on the words that I used, so the conclusions and actions that I arrive at seem very logical, so my motivation to complete the actions is always very high at the end of each session.

The sessions I have had with Jen have been extremely beneficial to me. Regardless of how complex the goal I brought to a session, Jen helped be break it down and work through it bit by bit. Jen has a calm, warm, approachable and open manner, which made me feel very comfortable.
